MORTON PRESS established Press & Press, PLLC, practice in 1966. He received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the George Washington University in Washington, DC. Mr. Press served on the Steering Committee for the Real Property Section of the DC Bar. He also served as co-chair of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR) Contracts and Clauses Committee and for over twenty-five years has helped to revise the contracts used in the Washington, D.C. area. Mr. Press has been a frequent lecturer on real estate contracts and settlements. He has authored and co-authored various articles and chapters of books for the DC Bar and the GCAAR. Mr. Press is a member the DC Bar, Maryland Bar, and Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors.

MICHELLE PRESS RUBIN received her B.A. from the George Washington University in Washington, DC and her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Before Press & Press, PLLC, she was a Judicial Clerk at the D.C. Superior Court. Ms. Rubin has served as the Community Outreach Coordinator for the Estates, Probate and Trusts Section of the DC Bar. She has lectured on residential real estate issues and she has co-authored chapters of books on real estate related issues. Ms. Rubin is a member of the DC Bar, Maryland Bar, the United States Tax Court and the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors.
